Rayon Capital provide funding for good builders who have a BBB and above CRISIL rating, and successful projects completion in the past.

We provide project financing (construction financing) at very competitive rates through our partner network (Banks and NBFCs) across India. The rates can range from 9% -14% depending on the project and builder credentials.

The criteria for selection of builders and infra companies whom we can connect to

For construction financing, a minimum of BBB rating is required
Rating is must for NCD facilities
Range of interest can be 8.5 % -10.5 %
For unrated companies interest rates range from 13 %-14%
For townhouse/housing projects, inventory funding facility can be arranged (dependent on sales of plots/houses)
Loan can be for 8-9 years in which first 2 years can be lower rates, followed by moratorium, and higher rates later
Equity financing and Joint Ventures not done currently
Upto 0.6x to 0.7x fund on property value can be raised

Last 3 years audited financials along with this next 5 years revenues and projections
Requirement details (including project costs, revenues to be generated from the project etc.)
KYC of promoters/partners
Collateral details
